ACCOMMODATION
EXECUTIVE SUITES
Each Executive Suite is unique and comprises a surface area that measures between 73m2 and 97m2 with a ceiling height of 4m, and separate lounge. Some incorporate kitchenette and guest toilet. Roman Travertine marble floors, king size bed, rugs made from natural fibre, Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. Only the finest furniture elements and fabrics have been used. The bathroom measuring between 16m2 and 23m2 in size is fitted with Travertine marble with bathtub and separate shower cubicle. Every suite has a porch and private garden or terrace with golf, garden or views of the Mediterranean.

JUNIOR SUITES
Junior suites are spacious and airy, elegantly furnished and replete with triple sofa, a coffee table and large bathroom with a separate bath and shower. All of these suites have an enclosed private garden or a terrace where you can sit in the sun and enjoy cocktails as you relax in peace. Approximately 52 sq metres.

POOL SUITES
The Pool Suites are designed to envelope the guests in splendid comfort. With a surface area that comprises 80m2 and a ceiling height of 4m, these exclusive suites incorporate the use of a large, individual living room in addition to an indulgent bedroom to create the perfect ambience. Each suite boasts an impressive 60m2 terrace and private swimming pool, the perfect scenario from which to contemplate year round views of the Mediterranean. CORTESIN SUITES
The largest suite within the hotel comprises 180m2 with a ceiling height of 4m and features two indulgent bedrooms with 2 bathrooms that measure 17m2 and 23m2, enormous lounge with two separate living areas, study, kitchenette and an impressive 5 Juliet balconies with views of the exuberant gardens and the Mediterranean. Roman Travertine marble floors, king size beds, Persian rugs, Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels, an impressive selection of east and west antiques and the finest curtain fabrics and upholstery, finish off this beautiful suite.

PRIVATE VILLA
The villas are south facing and enjoy generous proportions and quality finishes. El Jardín de Lutz, awarded with a “Sun in the Repsol Guide”, offers a more relaxed yet equally elegant ambiance for guests who prefer a more traditional Spanish cuisine. In the outdoor space, the restaurant features a spectacular terrace with views to the Mediterranean and picturesque gardens filled with 1000-year old olive trees. The kitchen team is led by German born executive chef, Lutz Bösing alongside an expert team of professionals, all entailing an open and creative perspective on Spanish cuisine. Bösing´s culinary career stretches more than 30 years, twenty of which he spent refining and mastering Spanish cuisine. Today, Bösing´s main focus is to harmonise classical traditions with modern concepts in his ongoing search for the best products and “flavours of life.”

SIGNATURE RESTAURANT KABUKI RAW
KABUKI RAW awarded in November 2015 with its first Michelin star, is the hotel’s signature restaurant and is managed by the Kabuki Group, world leader in Japanese cooking with five restaurants and a total of four Michelin stars. Like the Japanese theatre after which it is named, Kabuki Raw is staged in a unique setting which permits guests to view the chef at work in the Kabuki kitchen and it is here, using only the highest quality raw materials and outstanding seafood from sustainable fisheries in the Straits, organic produce from vegetable garden in addition to other featured produce typical of the Spanish cuisine, where his most emblematic dishes are served up together with others specifically created for FINCA CORTESIN.
