It is a private house for a large number of people that can accommodate up to 20 people, with a total of 253 sqmt, of which 93 sqmt on the 1st floor, 81 sqmt on the 2nd floor and 75 sqmt on the 3rd floor (including terraces). Since each room is independent, it can be used by groups.

Each room is equipped with a projector, a 5.1-channel surround system and a large screen. There is also a poker table, which you can use for games with your friends.

The first floor is equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, dryer and iron, so you can use it for long stays.

A barbecue is available on the 2nd floor and on the roof balcony, so please use it with your family, friends and colleagues.
