The heater makes the space an attractive option when choosing to entertain outside making social distancing possible. Please keep in mind that if you intend to rent the space to host an event, there will be an event premium that differs from the nightly rate on the website. This a wonderful place to celebrate but out of respect for the space and our neighbors please indicate if you are intending to host a gathering. If we catch you having additional visitors not accounted for in your reservation, we will send you and your guests back to New Jersey or Long Island or Williamsburg or wherever.
